We deliver to addresses in mainland France. Orders placed on the web cannot currently be shipped to other destinations.

Once your order is confirmed, we usually hand it to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. After dispatch, delivery within mainland France normally takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery is free on every order shipped to a mainland France address. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge added at checkout.

Please check that the address you enter is complete and correct. If you spot a mistake after ordering, write to info@oxykido.com or call +33 7 77 08 08 36 as soon as you can. If the parcel has not yet left us, we will do what we can to correct the address.
